Forrest S Wing
OGDEN- Forrest S wing, 75, died Wensday, November
27, 1996 at Ogden Regional Medical enter, following a long battle with
emphysema.
He was born February 12, 1921 in Myton, Utah,
a son of Clyde S. and Velma Wall Wing.
He married Hellen L. Atwood on January 10,
1945 in Ogden.
He was Chief of the Security and Intelligence
Division at DDO, retiring after 32 year of service.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving
with the US Army where he was a Pearl Harbor attack survivor.
Surviving are his wife of Ogden; One son and
two daughters, Dale {evelyn} Wing, Ogden; Carolyn Wing, Ogden; Ardith Ann
(Howard) Schlutter, Ogden; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are four sisters, Ada Gwin,
Dayton, Ohio; Rhea (Ralph) Hammer, Ogden; Doris Stephens, Sheridan, Wyoming;
and Eva Marie (Larry) Morris, Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was preceded in death by his parents and
one sister.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside
on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch,
1718 Combe Road.
Friends may call at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary,
3408 Washington Blvd., on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30
to 10:30 a.m. |
